image Just a couple of day’s ago we covered up the new ASK.com “Who Wants a Deal? We Do, We Do!” commercials. Yes they were good indeed. But only a few days after IAC, the company behind Ask.com  has mentioned that they would be open to a sale of Ask.com search engine.

Now that a significant use , given that Microsoft Bing and Yahoo recently partnered up for a Single Search engine against Google. Ask.com currently has 4% market share, and most of its’ revenue is generated through the Google advertisement partnership.

We believe that Acquiring Ask.com by Microsoft would give Microsoft an extra added value to the market share as 4% would not be such a big Scrutiny task for the Judiciary to pass on.

What do you think? Would anybody like to buy ask.com and what potential can it give to the suitor?

  1. When I originally commented I clicked the “Notify me when new comments are added” checkbox and now each time a comment is added I get four emails with the same comment. Is there any way you can remove me from that service? – Thanks

  2. Thanks for the cool blog, it’s nice to read things that makes sense or have a point unlike a lot of geberish blogs. I do read a lot of those too :) sometimes it’s just fun. Keep it coming.

  3. While I wasdoing some browsing and noticed your site appears a bit messed up in my K-meleon internet browser. But fortunately hardly anyone uses it any longer but you may want to look into it.
