How GroupShot works is that it lets you choose two or more photos from a set of photos from your iPhone’s camera reel, iCloud’s PhotoStream, or from photos taken directly with the camera and then you then rub your finger over the bad part of the photo e.g. of grandma looking away or even your youngest child almost half a sleep and then click done. The app will magically swap out those faces with the better-looking ones from the other photos you selected.

What you get is a perfect picture, where everyone is smiling, facing the camera, and looking their best. Wow.
