On May 6th Microsoft finally released it’s long awaited Windows upgrades to Vista and XP. Microsoft had a initial plan to release them to the public in Mid April, but due to the critical bugs that were found just a week before release, the upgrades were halted.
But now both the upgrades are available on both Microsoft Download centre and on automatic updates.
SP3 of XP has quite relative advantages, it is more secure, because I have been trying SP3 beta, RC (release candidate 2) since the last year. And i have got less attacks on my PC. The speed of my windows functionality has increased. Even the 20% of illegal allocation of Internet speed by windows fro it’s own purposes has been removed.
More features of performance including performance in stability has been included, Remember that this is the last Sevice Pack to the legendary OS by Microsoft as Microsoft is set to cut off production of Windows XP, even though market vendors and consumers are shouting not to do so because Vista is still not in demand even after 1.3 years of release.
Well as for you those who are Windows Vista Users or soon to be also… get delighted as relatively more stable OS has evolved. Drivers are more in numbers, more security and compatibility to previous software’s released. But still the requirements of a much more powerful system is required.
