Microsoft today has officially posted their advertisement on their website about their soon to be released, in bet a program Office live Workspace. although a late competitor but Office live workspace is a big tough one to be launched as an interface for online web and office publishing.

Arch rival Google has already made its mark in the online office world and currently offers Google Docs and Spreadsheets to its users of Gmail and other services and offers live editing of documents in doc format and powerpoint formats along with xls sheets. Although other web office tools such as writely have also been there for long time.

Last year Microsoft had said that desktop office has still a long way to go, but seeing the enterprise level customers move away to cheap online solutions of Google Docs and Spreadsheets have given Microsoft office workers a new dimension to think. And now Microsoft is heavily investing in it live platform and services and Office live workspace tend to deliver these promises.
