We all are pretty much wanting to say many things when we get ticked off when some BIG OLD company doesn’t do what it is supposed to do, in proper manner, and when negligence takes place all they can say is “SORRY” instead of helping us.

Singer Dave Carroll faced a similar situation when flying with United Airlines last year. I wont say much as the videos would tell you all of it in a humorous kind of way.
What we like about it is that, Dave was not in it for the money or the fame, but Juts as he calls, it “Michael Moore Moment”, he expressed his anger via the power of music using social media technology.
So what do you think?
